The confirmation process will execute, for every **Transfer Order** item: * Create new **Materials** if the **Transfer Order** Item Type is *ProductQuantity* and the Product Material Logistics Mode is *Material* * Store the **Material** in appropriate Storage Locations ## Setup No special setup is required other than to meet the preconditions. ## Preconditions * The **Transfer Orders** are Active and in state *Delivered*. * All selected **Transfer Orders** are for the same Destination Location. ## Sequence of Steps ### Step 1 1. From the **Transfer Order** page or from the list of Transfer Orders, press the **Confirm** button on the top ribbon. 2. Select or scan each of the items in the list and mark them as picked. Depending on the role and the security features associated to the current user, the confirmation can be made through selection or through scanning of each individual item. 3. If the item is of *Material* type, the *Material* is already selected and the item will be confirmed. However, if the item is of *ProductQuantity* type, individual Materials will have to be created until the Product quantity is matched. Pressing the :material-plus: button will add another Material, with an automatically generated name. Pressing the :material-trash-can: button will remove the Material. For each added Material, selecting it will open the details panel for the Material, where all editable main properties for the Material can be edited, including the proper Primary Quantity that will be a part of the Transfer Order item. When the full quantity is complete, the item can be confirmed. ![confirm_transfer_order_items_create_materials] 4. Optionally, define additional information: * Supplier * Purchase Order Number * Manufacturer * Manufacturer Part Number * Manufacturer Lot Number * Manufacturer Date Code * Expiration Date * RoHS compliance * Moisture Sensitivity Level * Floor Life * Floor Life Units 5. Select the Destination Storage location for each Material. 6.
