# Create Transfer Order for Pick Lists

:lock: TransferOrder.**CreateOrderForPickLists**

## Overview

This operation is used to create a new **Transfer Order** for items belonging to one or more **Pick List**.

## Preconditions

* All **Pick Lists** must be in state *In Progress* or *Picked*.
* The *Source Location* and *Destination Location* must be the same for all **Pick Lists**.
* All **Pick List** *Automatic Delivery* and *Automatic Confirmation* must be the same.

## Sequence of Steps

### Step 1

From a Transfer Requirement page or from a list of Transfer Requirements, press the **Create Transfer Order** button and specify in the wizard:

1. Specify a Name for the **Transfer Order**.

    !!! note
        Source Location, Destination Location and Destination Picking Place will be displayed automatically.

1. Specify the Priority of the **Transfer Order**. By default, the priority of the task is set in the *TransferOrderPriority* smart table.
1. Define the delivery due date. The due date is the latest point in time when the **Transfer Order** must be completed. Pick a date from the calendar and a time by clicking on the clock icon.
1. Optionally, specify the Owner of the **Transfer Order**.
1. Select **Next** to define the **Pick List** Items to include.

### Step 2 - Pick List Items

1. On the left side panel, select the **Pick List** Items to include in the **Transfer Order**.
1. Select the **Create** button to complete the creation of the **Transfer Order**.
