# Periodic Inventory Details

## Overview

The **Periodic Inventory Details** report provides information about a specific **Periodic Inventory**. It enables users to review and compare system-recorded stock levels with actual physical inventory, and to monitor the overall status and progress of the inventory process. This Stimulsoft report can be accessed through the **Business Intelligence** tab, in the Material Logistics folder.

## Data Source

The report uses data from the ODS (Operational Data Store) database, accessed through the following data sets:

## Fields

* **Description** - Description of the Periodic Inventory
* **Begin Date** - Date the Periodic Inventory was started
* **Created On** - Date the Periodic Inventory was created
* **Completion Date** - Date the Periodic Inventory was completed
* **State** - Current status of the Periodic Inventory

For each Periodic Inventory Item:

* **Product** - Name of the Product
* **Material** - Name of the Material
* **Storage** - Resource and Bin where the item was stored
* **System Qty** - Quantity recorded in the system
* **Physical Qty** - Actual quantity recorded based on physical inventory
* **State** - Current status of the Periodic Inventory item
