Pick List Details#

Overview#

The Pick List Details report provides information about a specific Pick List. It enables users to monitor the Pick List progress and validate its details. This Stimulsoft report can be accessed through the Business Intelligence tab, in the Material Logistics folder.

Data Source#

The report uses data from the ODS (Operational Data Store) database, accessed through the following data sets:

Fields#

  • Owner - Owner of the Pick List
  • Priority - Assigned priority level of the Pick List
  • State - Current status of the Pick List
  • Created On - Pick List creation date
  • Delivery Due Date - Delivery Due Date for the Pick List
  • Completion Date - Date the Pick List was completed
  • Source Location - Location where the Pick List was performed
  • Destination Location - Location where the Pick List is to be delivered
  • Transfer Requirement - Transfer Requirement that originated this Pick List
  • Destination Picking Place - Designated picking place for the Pick List
  • Has Only Floor Life Materials - Indicates whether the Pick List contains exclusively items with limited shelf life or expiration constraints that require timely handling.

The following table lists all Pick List items, with their respective data:

  • Product - Name of the Product
  • Material - Name of the Material
  • Quantity - Quantity assigned to the Pick List Item
  • Pick Location - Resource and Bin which the item was picked
  • State - Current status of the Pick List item
