Transfer Order Details (New Design)#
Overview#
The Transfer Order Details report provides information about a specific Transfer Order. It enables users to review and compare system-recorded stock levels with actual physical inventory, and to monitor the overall status and progress of the inventory process.
Warning
Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) does not yet support ODS, so this report will not work properly if you are using EDP. For more information, see EDP Tutorial ⧉.
This report can be accessed through the Business Intelligence tab, in the Material Logistics folder.
Data Source#
The report uses data from the ODS (Operational Data Store) database, accessed through the following data sets:
Report Sections#
For the selected Transfer Order, you can find the following details
- Owner - Who picked the Transfer Order
- Created On - Time, Date and who created the Transfer Order
- Source Location - Area where the items were stored
- Destination Picking Place - Virtual storage location that represents a staging area for the Item at the destination of the transfer
- Priority - Priority for the Transfer Order
- Delivery Due Date - When the Transfer Order is due
- Destination Location - Area where the items will be stored
- Transport Resource - What Resource transported the items
- State - State of the Transfer Order
- Completion Date - Date and Time of when the Transfer Order was completed
- Transfer Requirement - Transfer Requirement that originated this Transfer Order
- Pick List - Pick List created from this Transfer Order
And for each Transfer Order Item:
- Item - Item number
- Type - Type of item transferred
- Product - Name of the Product
- Material - Name of the Material
- Quantity - Quantity selected for the Item
- Source Storage - Resource and Bin where the item was stored
- Destination Storage - Resource and Bin where the item will be stored
- State - Current status of the item
