# Protocol Instance History

## Description

This reports provides access to the Protocol Instance History report for any Protocol Instance in the Operational Data Store (ODS).

## Data Source

* ODS Database

## Assumptions

* None

## Filters

* **Protocol Instance Name** - the name of the Protocol Instance for which the report is to be displayed
* **Timezone** - select the timezone for the values to retrieve

## Fields

* Several Fields depending on the Protocol Instance transaction type
