This section describes how to carry out some common scenarios:

  • Exporting Data From SPC Charts

  • Step Quantity Output

Exporting Data From SPC Charts#

To export SPC Chart data, it is necessary to select and/or filter the Data Collection cube using the following dimensions:

[Chart].[Chart Name]
[Chart].[Chart Start Date Time]
[Data Point].[Data Point Name]
[Sample].[Sample Id]
[Reading Number].[Reading Number]
[Date].[Date]
[Time].[Time]

If the Data Point Reading Count is different from 1 in any of the lines, it indicates that not all the required dimensions were selected and thus, the value may not be the individual reading value but the sum of all reading values according the selected dimension keys.

Cpk#

To view the Cpk, it is necessary to select and/or filter the Data Collection cube using the following dimensions:

[Chart].[Chart Name]
[Chart].[Chart Start Date Time]

Step Quantity Output#

To view the Step output quantities, it is necessary to select and/or filter the Material cube using the following dimensions:

[Material]
[Queued Date]
[Step]
[Step Output Date]

Date and time dimensions can also be added to limit the calculation window.

When the Step Output Date is equal to January 1, 2000, it means that the step has not yet been completed by the material. When the Step Output Date is different than January 1, 2000, it means that the Step Output dimensions and measures are presenting the values for the last operation in the Step.
