# Adding Comments

Most of the entity types support the addition of a comment at any time.

:lock: *EntityTypeName*.**Comment**

To add a comment to an object, press the **Comment** button in the ribbon.
In the wizard, enter the comment to be added and complete the wizard by pressing **Comment**.

The comment history can be accessed in the History view, by either:

* Hovering over the comment symbol, in the All tab - WriteComment operation.
* Selecting the Comments tab.
