# Mass Update

:lock: EntityTypeName.**MassUpdate**

This feature is available for **Business Data** entities and is accessed via the **Mass Update** button found in the respective landing pages:

!!! note
    Mass Update can only be used when the object has at least one Active revision.

By selecting this general option, you can perform the **Mass Update** of certain properties.

Depending on your needs, you can select one or more items to update:

Select **Next** to proceed and add the needed **Properties**:

You can select one or more **Properties** to edit and you must complete any other mandatory information.

!!! note
    Additional mandatory fields will depend on the selected Property.

After you have made your selection, you can **Preview** it and apply the changes by selecting **Update**:
