# Details View Panel

When viewing the Details tab, a Details View panel is displayed on the left side of the page.

This panel provides access to the sub-sections available for the selected entity. Each sub-section represents a specific aspect of the entity and allows you to view information or perform the corresponding operations.

To access a sub-section, select it from the Details View panel. The corresponding content is then displayed in the main area of the page.

The sub-sections available in the navigation panel may vary depending on the modules licensed in the system. For example, the **Costs** sub-section will only be displayed in **Material**, **Product**, **Resource** and **Step** , if the **Costing** module is properly licensed.

    The navigation panel can be collapsed or expanded as needed, allowing you to maximize the available workspace.
