Overview#

The Accessibility tab provides you with a set of options that will make using the system simpler, especially for those who have some type of visual impairment. The available options will improve user experience and accessibility to the GUI, which makes for a more inclusive application.

Font Size#

This option allows you to increase the Font Size by dragging to the desired size. An increased Font Size can improve readability for many users.

If you adjust the Font Size, the page needs to be reloaded to apply the changes.

Pointer Size#

This option allows you to increase the Pointer Size by dragging to the desired size. It is crucial to know where you are pointing so the possibility to increase the Pointer Size is very important.

Color Adjust#

If you have a mild or significant degree of sight loss you can choose to enable the High Contrast option (default is false). This will show you the system in high contrast colors, which will facilitate visualization.

Given that Deuteranopia (green-blindness) and Protanopia (red-blindness) are the most common color blindness problems, the system also provides you with the possibility of applying a filter (default is false) that caters for these situations.

Note

The options detailed above can be applied and used at the same time.
