# My Workgroup

## Overview

The *My Workgroup* page provides easy navigation to all the **Steps** and **Resources** of the **Workgroup** of the current **Employee**.

	In order to have access to a valid *My Workgroup* page, it is necessary that the current **Employee** is assigned to **Workgroup** of a **Shift Plan**. The creation of a **Shift Plan** requires licensing of the *Labor Management* module.

## Resources

The **Resources** that belong to a workgroup can be seen on the panel on the right, together with a set of filters that allow the user to limit the number of visible **Resources** in a single screen, whether by filtering one or more of these **Resource** properties:

* **Facility**
* *System State*
* *Name*

Each tile shows the current number of **Materials** associated to that particular **Resource**, in three different states:

* Dispatched
* InProcess
* Processed

Selecting a **Resource** on this panel will open the Resource View for the same **Resource**.

## Steps

The **Steps** that belong to a workgroup can be seen on the panel on the right, together with a set of filters that allow the user to limit the number of visible **Steps** in a single screen, whether by filtering by one or more of these **Step** properties:

* **Facility**
* *ProcessingType*
* *Type*
* *Name*

Each tile shows information on the Step, namely:

* The current number of **Materials** currently on that particular **Step**;
* The number of **Resources** that are be used to process **Materials** on that particular **Step**.

Selecting a **Step** on this panel will open the Step View for the same **Step**.

## Panel Settings

The panel on the left allows the user to quickly switch to any particular **Step** or **Resource** View from the **Workgroup**. On the top of the left panel, it is also possible to select a different **Workgroup** from the same **Shift Plan**. It is possible to collapse the left panel in order to gain more horizontal space for other GUI elements.

Pressing the settings icon opens up the *Panel Settings* dialog that allows the user to filter which entities should be shown on the *My Workgroup* page.
