If the Material Logistics module is properly licensed in the system, the Packages page will list all the active Packages in the system and allow you to view package information under each column:

Some column options are hidden by default:

• Content Production Order
• Material
• Parent Package

However, these columns can be applied if necessary and their layout saved using the Save View Settings wizard accessible via the More button, Save option:

Moreover, the Packages page grid provides you with navigation so you can easily access additional Package details for the following:

• Package
• Product
• Content Product
• Content Production Order
• Material
• Parent Package

This page also allows you to use the following filters:

• Show Terminated
• Package Type
• State
• Closed From
• Closed To
• Search box

Additionally, if you select the filter icon, you have further filtering possibilities:

• Content Product
• Content Production Order
• Material
• Open From
• Open To

Depending on the State of the package, the Packages page also allows you to perform the following actions for Level 2 and above:

• Close Package - your package is fully packed and ready to move on.

  If a Maximum Weight is defined for the Package, the Weight of the Package must be less or equal to that Maximum Weight.

• Reopen Package - you need to correct the contents of your package (add or remove items).

• Ship Package - you can ship the selected packages from this page (more than one package). For more information, see Ship Packages.

If the package is closed and you select it, the Reopen Package button will become available on the top ribbon:

If the package is open and you select it, the Close Package button will become available on the top ribbon:

If the package(s) meet(s) the shipping condition(s), is/are closed, and you select it/them, the Ship Package button will become available on the top ribbon:
