# Transfer Orders

The **Transfer Orders** page lists all the active **Transfer Orders** in the system, allowing the user to have a bird's eye view of the status of Material Logistics and also to perform operations on multiple Transfer Orders simultaneously, provided the adequate conditions are met. Since a **Transfer Order** defines specific items from **Pick Lists**, a list of the Transfer Order Items contained in each Transfer Order can also be viewed in this screen, on a tab immediately next to the Transfer Orders themselves.

In addition, the user can filter the **Transfer Orders** by their *System State* and by *Priority*, as well as a special checkbox that allows the user to see only the **Transfer Orders** that are owned by the current **Employee**.

Moreover, the *Search* box enables the user to find a specific **Transfer Order** by entering its name (full or partial).

If one of the **Transfer Orders** checkbox is ticked, the available operations for the specific **Transfer Order** will be displayed in the ribbon, allowing the user to promptly select and perform the required operation.

Alternatively, from the list, it is possible to select the items of a particular **Transfer Order** by pressing the icon on the right side of each row, which will in turn display the items belonging to the particular **Transfer Order**. From this panel, a specific number of operations can also be performed on the single items, as displayed in the ribbon.

If the Items tab is selected, an entire and unfiltered list of all the existing **Transfer Order** items in the system is displayed.
