Material Transfers#

MaterialTransfer.Show

The Material Transfer page lists all the active Material Transfers in the system.

The user can navigate through the existing Material Transfers by using the filters All (default) My Requests, My Pickups and To Approve, in order to visualize a limited selection of Material Transfers.

In addition, the user can filter the Material Transfers by their Universal State or use the Advanced button to define complementary filtering options.

Moreover, the Search box enables the user to find a specific Material Transfer by entering its name (full or partial).

If one of the Material Transfers' checkbox is ticked, the available operations for the specific Material Transfer will be displayed in the ribbon, allowing the user to promptly select and perform the required operation.

Alternatively, from the list, it is possible to click a particular Material Transfer; once opened, the user will be able to see the details and to obtain information on the Material Transfer's Universal and System States as well as on the current material location, the From and To Areas and Facilities and general information about the transfer request and delivery. The user will also be able to perform any of the possible operations.
