Protocol Instances#

🔒 Quality.ProtocolInstances

The Protocol Instances page presents two summary views of the Protocol Instances that exist in the system:

  • All - displays all the Protocol Instances that exist and are active and whose system state is Open.
  • My Protocols - displays a list of the existing active Protocol Instances where you are listed as the owner.

In the Protocol Instances Page, it is possible to filter Protocol Instances by:

  • Scope
  • Protocol
  • Creation Date From
  • Creation Date Until
  • Using the Search field (enter full or partial name of Protocol Instance)

The Advanced button will open a new window where you can filter Protocol Instances by different criteria (use the available dropdown options):

Additionally, you can combine multiple filters and define multiple criteria for your search. Select the vertical three-dots, select the option Add Filter, and a new filtering field will be displayed:

If you want to open or edit a Protocol Instance from this page, select the Open Instance button on the top ribbon:

This will open a new window where you have access to all the properties of the protocol you select on that page:
