--- alias: user-guide-quality-protocol-instances description: "This page displays and manages active protocol instances with filtering options" --- # Protocol Instances :lock: Quality.**ProtocolInstances** The **Protocol Instances** page presents two summary views of the **Protocol Instances** that exist in the system: * **All** - displays all the **Protocol Instances** that exist and are active and whose system state is Open. * **My Protocols** - displays a list of the existing active **Protocol Instances** where you are listed as the owner. In the **Protocol Instances Page**, it is possible to filter **Protocol Instances** by: * Scope * Protocol * Creation Date From * Creation Date Until * Using the Search field (enter full or partial name of **Protocol Instance**) ![Screenshot showing a list of protocol instances, including "Protsco Iesiar res".](images/quality_engineering_protocol_instances1.png) The **Advanced** button will open a new window where you can filter **Protocol Instances** by different criteria (use the available dropdown options): ![Screenshot showing a UI with dropdown options for filtering Protocol Instances.](images/quality_engineering_protocol_instances_advanced.png) Additionally, you can combine multiple filters and define multiple criteria for your search.
